Our staff are well trained to mentor and guide young people in all aspects of camp life, from developing skills to engaging in conversations about life and faith. We are here to serve you!

Saskatchewan Director

Growing up in Malaysia, Rachelle moved to Canada to pursue studies at the University of Victoria. Victoria, BC to pursue a degree in Psychology. She then moved to Saskatoon in 2010 to work with university students, journeying with them as they grow in their faith and leadership. She thoroughly enjoys conversations where she tells stories that inspire others. In her current role, she oversees and stewards InterVarsity’s mission at the University of Saskatchewan, University of Regina, and here at camp.
Rachelle’s first introduction to camp was in the Spring of 2016 when she and some of her university students staff the spring season at Pioneer Alberta. It was there that her love for camp grew. She began to take a keen interest in horses and have since then been working on getting her Equine Canada Instructors for Beginners certification. Her proudest camp moment was when she took a group of young girls on a five day horseback out-trip! She loves to see kids discover joy and grow in their self-awareness as they ride horses.
When Rachelle is not riding or driving between Saskatoon, Regina and Wolf Creek, you can find her in her Saskatoon home kitchen, cooking up delicious meals. During this pandemic, she hosts fun virtual cooking classes with friends. She secretly hopes to one day be able to host a camp specifically on teaching campers how to cook.

Summer Teams

Each year, Circle Square Ranch welcomes many young adults to our Summer Camp programs to teach, guide and support campers and oversee activities. These dedicated youth are the most valuable resource that we have. Positions available vary greatly but the same commitment and hard work is necessary for all.

We look for energetic young people who have a heart for God and who are willing to give of their time and energy to be models and mentors to the many campers who come to CSR. Check out Summer Staff & Volunteer opportunities below.
